Terms and Conditions for the 5 Steps to Gaining 5-Star Hotel and Tourism Collabs masterclass, as well as the Accelerator Masterclass Bundle and the VIP Masterclass Bundle

1. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the full course fee, either as a one-time payment or in installments as outlined on the checkout page.
Payment plans are available, but failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to course materials and coaching sessions.
All payments are final, and there are no refunds once the course has started, unless otherwise specified.

2. Access to Course Materials

Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the masterclass modules, which will be released weekly starting from Friday, January 3, 2025
You will retain access to the course materials for the lifetime of the program, which includes updates to the content.
Access to live coaching sessions (if applicable) will be scheduled and provided as outlined in the course details.

3. Use of Course Content

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and resources, are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed to others without explicit permission.
Any violation of this condition may result in termination of access to the course without refund.

4. Coaching Sessions (if applicable)

For those enrolled in the Accelerator Masterclass Bundle or the VIP Masterclass Bundle, coaching sessions are scheduled bi-weekly, as outlined in the package.
It is the participant's responsibility to attend live sessions as scheduled. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to exceptional circumstances.
1-on-1 sessions with Kimberli Wright must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions must be used within the course timeline and cannot be carried over beyond the program end date.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While the masterclass provides expert advice and strategies, success is not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your personal commitment, the quality of your content, and how well you apply the strategies learned.
We do not guarantee any specific results, such as securing collaborations with hotels or brands, increasing social media followers, or generating revenue.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once you have been granted access to the course materials.
If you choose the payment plan, you are required to complete all payments regardless of whether you continue to participate in the course.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the provider, a full refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the masterclass is owned by CollabCreatorsClub LLC. You are not authorized to sell, share, or distribute any course materials without written permission.
You may not use the course materials for commercial purposes beyond your personal influencer career without prior consent.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a supportive and respectful learning environment. Any participant engaging in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may be removed from the course without refund.
We expect participants to treat instructors, peers, and any collaborators with respect during live sessions, coaching calls, and in course forums (if applicable).

9. Disclaimers

This course is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy or completeness of the course content.
The course is intended for educational purposes only. Any business decisions you make as a result of the course are your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

CollabCreatorsClub LLC and Kimberli Wright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the course materials or coaching services.
Our total liability under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the course website, and it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
